“As one of the organizers of the Plant Molecular Biology Consortium Retreat that was held at the N.C. Arboretum last weekend, I just want to thank you for the great job of catering. We have been holding this retreat at various venues around the state for the last 22 years, and I got several comments that this was the best food we've ever had. I liked everything but was particularly taken by the pasta served at the dinner. I hope the recipe is not a secret".
